What kind of paper are the prints on?
Studio Jarrah prints are on 300gsm Hahnemuhle Sugarcane archival fine art paper. Hahnemuhle Sugarcane is made using a by-product of sugarcane production and recycled cotton rag. It has a gorgeous, textured matte finish and a bonus feel-good eco factor.



Am I able to purchase a Sharon Smith original, not a print?
 From time to time, originals will be made available in the store. If you are interested in purchasing originals or would like to commission a piece, please contact us

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Mastercard and Visa.

I don't want to sign up for a PayPal account, how do can I make a purchase?
You don't need a PayPal account to purchase from Studio Jarrah. As you checkout you'll be asked to "Choose a payment method". If you don't have and/or don't want a PayPal account simply click the "Pay with a debit or credit card" link.

PayPal is not working, how can I make a purchase?
You don't need a PayPal account to purchase from Studio Jarrah. On the checkout page next to the credit card logos on the left hand side you'll see the question "Don't have a PayPal account?", click the continue link to make your purchase using a credit card.

When will I receive my order?
Orders will be shipped within 2 working days (48 hrs) of payment.To help us get your purchase to you as soon as possible, please ensure your shipping address is up to date. If you have an alternative address you would like us to ship to, simply include this in the 'message to seller'.

Orders within Australia are shipped using Express Post and will be delivered in 1 - 3 business days.

International orders are shipped regular post and can take up to 14 business days (US and UK 3 to 10 working days).

What is your refund and exchange policy?
If your item from Studio Jarrah arrives damaged, please let us know. We package your prints very carefully to avoid this occuring, but of course cannot be responsible for its safe delivery once it we hand it over to the postman. We want our customers to be happy so of course if you have any problems please get in touch.
